Clean property, quick contact with host via WhatsApp, good English spoken, convenient for Syracuse and beaches, nice outdoor area. Spacious apartment, individual rest areas with tables, chairs, and sun umbrellas. A variety of animals loved by kids. Large swimming pool, useful laundry machine, excellent air-conditioning. Detailed pre-arrival instructions, close to city and supermarket. Beautiful green garden. Easy check-in process.

Our stay at Le Case Al Quadrato was overall pleasant. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The swimming pool was quite large and kept clean. The house we stayed in was spacious and clean on the surface.
While there were a few drawbacks such as the dark apartment and the bathroom corner needing reconstruction, we found the accommodation to be very quiet, allowing us to relax during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was fantastic. The location was ideal, as it was very close to the city center and even the beach. Additionally, there were supermarkets nearby which made it convenient for me since I had a self-catering room. The cleanliness of both the rooms and bathrooms was impeccable and the hotel facilities, such as the spacious and clean swimming pool, were amazing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
No negatives from this place.

The location of this accommodation is a real advantage. Situated in a peaceful garden on the countryside, it offers a tranquil environment for relaxation. It is also conveniently close to the beach, allowing guests to easily enjoy the sun and sea. despite being surrounded by nature, it is just a short distance away from the city center, making it ideal for those who want to explore the nearby attractions.
The kitchen equipment in the apartment could have been better equipped.

I enjoyed the view from the garden and the outdoor pool, and the apartments had a kitchen and dining area, perfect for preparing my own meals. The complimentary wireless Internet was handy too.
I loved having to bring my own vehicle to get around, especially when parking was only available nearby. So convenient.

The apartment was super spacious, and we had a blast chilling in our own rest area. The big, dope swimming pool was absolutely sick, and we could even do laundry when needed. Plus, the air-conditioning saved us from melting in the Sicilian heat - thank goodness!
The only thing we would've liked is if there were some more rad activities for us young party animals. Like maybe a sick DJ booth by the pool or some wild game nights.
